VvAA approached Van Ameyde to help it push through a total transformation of its services. The association wanted membership administration and IT solutions that would support the latest digital and online services to its members, anytime, anywhere and on any device.
To realise this, VvAA turned to Van Ameyde Systems’ Insurance Suite to both provide online insurance services and bring together all its online activities. The association’s insurance services were adapted to the needs of today’s health care professionals. Membership administration was integrated with policy administration so members can manage their details and insurance through the secure and transparent membership portal. The solution also allows VvAA to leverage the power of third-party solutions, such as customer relationship management software, and new apps and add-ons can be connected easily via APIs.
