In a recent evaluation by ServiceValue in collaboration with hnw consulting GmbH, Van Ameyde – Central Region (comprising Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, and Croatia) has been identified as a claims service provider distinguished by exceptional service strength in their annual service rating for claims service providers.
The assessment was supported by an industry advisory board that included seven senior executives responsible for claims management from renowned insurance companies. The evaluation focused on several key areas, including the quality and range of services in building, household contents, liability, motor transport, accident, and life/occupational disability sectors.
Additional criteria for the evaluation included the level of service, instruments of quality control, possible certifications, success controls, and the recording of complaints. This recognition underscores Van Ameyde Central Region’s commitment to delivering high-quality service across all evaluated sectors.
