At Van Ameyde Group, we are committed to making our digital services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This commitment applies to the Group and its relevant subsidiaries that fall within the scope of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).

We are actively working to improve the user experience for all visitors and to align our platforms with recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 549.

Compliance Status

The Van Ameyde Group brand website – our central platform connecting most of our brand companies – is partially compliant due to the following reasons:

While the main brand website is built to meet accessibility standards, several subsidiaries operate or are developing their own digital environments.
Some of these are based on older platforms that do not yet fully meet accessibility requirements, while others are incorporating accessibility during ongoing development.

The level of compliance may differ by subsidiary depending on development status, but accessibility testing and improvements are underway across the Group. We are working closely with all relevant teams to bring both current and future digital environments into full compliance with the EAA, EN 301 549, and WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Achieving full accessibility across all Van Ameyde websites is a key part of our continuous improvement efforts.

Our Approach to Accessibility

Integrating accessibility checks into all new web content and designs
Conducting regular internal audits and updates
Providing accessibility training for staff involved in digital development
Reviewing the accessibility of third-party tools and platforms
