Van Ameyde expands with Norwegian acquisition

Van Ameyde Norway has acquired Norwegian Claims Adjusters. This acquisition means a doubling of both the number of staff and the anticipated yearly turnover, to 50 and EUR 5.5 million respectively in 2009. The purchase agreement was signed on 22 October 2008 by Piet Middelkoop, CEO of Van Ameyde, and Ove Steiner Larsen, owner of NCA.

first phase of SAS 70 audit procedure successful!

Van Ameyde International Insurance Services (IIS) has successfully gone through the first phase of the SAS 70 audit procedure. On 21 August 2008, accountant Deloitte issued the auditor’s opinion, which will be effective as of 1 July 2008. The opinion is included in the SAS 70 Type I report.
